Welcome to EliteCare Surgical Specialists. Founded in September 2024 by Dr. H. Reza Zahiri, D.O., F.A.C.S., our practice is built on a simple but unwavering mission: to deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of your care.
From same-day appointments and comprehensive pre-surgical evaluations to advanced surgical techniques and a smooth, supported recovery, our team is committed to providing care that is professional, personalized, and of the highest quality. A longtime resident of Montgomery County, Vannesa brings both deep roots in the community and a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Fluent in Spanish, Vannesa is committed to making every patient feel comfortable and understood, helping us better serve our diverse community. With a calm presence and a heart for service, she ensures our office runs smoothly while supporting patients and staff alike.
When she’s not helping our practice thrive, you’ll find her enjoying the great outdoors on a hiking trail, dancing her heart out at Zumba, or spending quality time with her husband, their two energetic boys, and their beloved dog, Lola—affectionately known as Lolita.

Outside of work and her studies, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, and relaxing with a good movie.
She approaches life with gratitude, resilience, and great pride in being a first-generation college student.
